Pamela Adkins
Instructor
Pam has been a licensed Cosmetologist since 1981 and has proudly served as a Cosmetology Instructor for 19 years. A familiar and welcoming face at Empower Academy, Pam has been part of the school for many years, including under previous ownership. She is known for her encouragement, kindness, and supportive presence, and she takes great pride in helping students build confidence, develop their skills, and succeed in the beauty industry.
Lyndsay Parker
Instructor + Program Coordinator
Lyndsay has 16 years experience as an Advanced Cosmetologist and 7 years as an Instructor. She is dual licensed in KY + OH as an Instructor and Cosmetologist with a Bachelors in Business Marketing.
Amanda Greene
Part Time Instructor
Amanda has 26 years experience as a Licensed Cosmetologist.
She has 18 years experience in the education field and
post Esthetic Training + Educating.
Amanda is also the Operator of "Amanda's Do or Dye Salon"
Karissa Willett
Part Time Instructor
Karissa has been a licensed Cosmetologist for 8 years. She specializes in clipper cuts but is passionate about the entire industry. Karissa earned her Instructor's license right here at Empower Academy.
Aleesha Reinhold
Part Time Instructor
Aleesha is a licensed Cosmetologist having 4 years of experience and has been instructing for 2. She has obtained both her OH and KY Cosmetology/ Instructor license. She’s passionate in educating the future generations of Cosmetologists/beauty professionals and is thrilled to watch them achieve their dreams.
Abby Baker
Part Time Instructor
Abby, a licensed cosmetologist with two years of experience in the beauty industry, is also a licensed cosmetology instructor. Her passion for cosmetology goes beyond client work; she enjoys helping aspiring professionals develop their skills, confidence, and knowledge as they prepare for careers in the beauty industry.
Kathy Robinson
Admissions Coordinator
Kathy brings several years of experience in customer service and bookkeeping. She assists students with admissions and financial assistance, providing friendly, knowledgeable support throughout their journey at Empower Academy.
